HEADIES NOMINEES 2018 – Organisers of Nigeria’s biggest awards in the entertainment industry, the Headies, have released the list of nominees for the 2018 edition of the event, usually referred to as Nigeria’s version of the Grammy Awards. The Nominee list was contained in a statement released on Friday, April 13, 2018 by Smooth Promotions who are organisers of the event. The statement explained that thousands of entries had been submitted in the year under review (July 2016- December 2017) and the shortlisted entries made the nominee list. This year’s event which is the show’s 12th edition consists over 25 categories and 77 nominees with 4 newly added categories.
